Ruth Wheller is a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), ACT, EMDR Trained, TFCBT Trained, Psycho-education, and Mindfulness, and Trauma Informed and others in my techniques. Each has the potential to aide you in your growth process.
